DAVID BERTOLINO (Playwright/Executive Producer)  Born and raised in the Boston area, David Bertolino became intrigued with theater while operating Boston Costume for over 25 years, a landmark theatrical super store catering to theater in Boston.  He created his first theatrical venture, SPOOKYWORLD, a Halloween theme park that ran 14 years and showcased the talent of over 200 actors each evening.  Guest stars included Linda Blair, Elvira, Alice Cooper, Robert Englund, Willard Scott, Bill Mahar, and Jerry Springer, among others. David also produced the comeback career of Tiny Tim; presenting Tiny's wedding live on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" from SPOOKYWORLD.  He also hosted an episode of MTV's "The Real World" at the venue and helped launch careers for dozens of special effects directors and technicians.  Bertolino eventually partnered with the New England Patriots Football Team helping SPOOKYWORLD to sell over a million tickets while under Bertolino's reign. The Deep Throat Sex Scandal is Bertolino's first venture into New York Theater and he's honored to be here.

JERRY DOUGLAS (Director) A native of Des Moines, Iowa, Douglas attended Drake University and completed his graduate work at the Yale School of Drama. Among the Broadway and Off-Broadway plays he has written and/or directed are Rondelay, Spofford (by Herman Shumlin, produced by Zev Bufman), Circle in the Water, Score (where he discovered Sylvester Stallone, getting him his Equity card), Tubstrip, and Max's Millions. He also wrote the screenplay for Radley Metzger's film version of Score. In the early 1970s he directed two films, The Back Row and Both Ways, and then began to focus on a career as a free-lance journalist for such publications as The Advocate and Manshots. Among his more recent films are More of a Man, Kiss-Off, Honorable Discharge, Flesh & Blood, Dream Team, and BuckleRoos

GREG HIRSCH (Production Manager) His multifaceted career includes over 300 productions.  Theatre: The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas starring Ann-Margret, 20th anniversary tour of Evita, the Robert Goulet and Richard Kiley tours of Man of La Mancha, King of Hearts, Stop the World... I Want to Get Off starring Sammy Davis, Jr., Odyssey/Home Sweet Homer starring Yul Brynner, IDAHO!, Mimi Le Duck, Machiavelli, The Molly Maguires, RFK, Dr. Sex, Trolls and The Marijuana-Logues.  As a lighting designer he received an Emmy, a Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle and two Drama-Logue awards.  Opera: Director of Production for San Diego Opera, Portland Opera, Dallas Opera and Tulsa Opera.

FOSTER ENTERTAINMENT(General Manager) Foster Entertainment produces and manages Broadway, Off Broadway, concerts and tours. Highlights include: Broadway: "Slava’s Snowshow" (2009 Tony nomination), "Kiki & Herb Alive on Broadway" (2007 Tony nomination); Carnegie Hall: "Jerry Springer: The Opera starring Harvey Keitel," "Rufus Wainwright Sings Judy Garland" (plus London Palladium, Paris Olympia, Hollywood Bowl, 2009 Grammy nomination), "Family Guy Sings!," "Kiki & Herb will Die For You," “Wainwright Christmas Hour” with Rufus and Martha Wainwright, Lou Reed, Antony, Jimmy Fallon and Emmy-lou Harris; Off Broadway: "Slava’s Snowshow," "Puppetry of the Penis," "21 Dog Years," "Sing-a-Long Sound of Music." Current tours: "Slava’s Snowshow" (Australia & New Zealand), "Puppetry of the Penis" (Canada, USA), and a constant stream of comedy concert tours in Australia, and internationally.
