MARC GINSBURG* (Harry Reems)
Mark is thrilled to be making his Zephyr debut portraying the “poster boy of the sexual revolution”.  A native of Philadelphia and New York transplant, some favorite productions include FORBIDDEN BROADWAY (Mandy Patinkin, Harvey Fierstein, Colm Wilkinson, many others), CAROUSEL (Billy Bigelow), JEWTOPIA! (Adam Lipschitz), KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN (Fuentes - where he met his lovely wife), FIDDLER... (Perchik), NOISES OFF (Freddie Fellowes), CABARET (Cliff Bradshaw), the National Tour of Cameron Mackintosh’s OLIVER! (performed Fagin), and two years in the Off-Broadway production of NAKED BOYS SINGING! No adult film credits to date (his mother lets out a sigh of relief). Marc would like to thank Jerry, David, Michael, and Steven for the opportunity to perform with this amazing company, his family and friends for the constant support, his wife, Liza for her love and understanding, and their English bulldog, Egon for being a constant source of hilarity.


 VERONICA HART (Shana Babcock/Mona)
Veronica Hart aka Jane Hamilton, graduated UNLV with a BA in theatrical Arts.  She became a star in adult cinema’s golden age in such classics as “Amanda by Night”, “Roommates”, and “Wanda Whips Wall Street”.  Winner of Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress awards, Veronicad is included in several Adult Halls of Fame.  Veronica has performed in over thirty R-rated movies and numerous television appearances playing Viveca St. John in “Six Feet Under”, the custody judge in “Boogie Nights” and Veronica Del Rio in “One-Eyed Monster”.  As Jane Hamilton producer and as Veronica Hart director, she has made over twenty adult features and also produced Michael Ninn’s features for VCA.  She produced and directed three r-rated features, produced the horror film “Parasomnia” with William Malone directing, and is working with author/director John Skipp to produce “Rose” a bizarro zombie musical.Veronica, a former board member of the Free Speech Coalition and mother of two fabulous young men, works at the Erotic Heritage Museum in Las Vegas and has a wonderful partner, high school sweetheart, Stan Clawson. Veronica was awarded an honorary doctorate in the arts from the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality and is working with Eros bringing intimacy and love back to women in China as well as production managing for James Avalon.

FRANK BLOCKER* (Larry Parrish/Make-up Man)
Frank Blocker is also appearing in self-penned solo play, Southern Gothic Novel (Drama Desk Award nominee) at The Underground Theatre/Hollywood, Fridays/Saturdays 11pm, thru Mar 30, presented by The Visceral Company. He is a New York-based
actor, playwright, singer and coach. Plays include Gothic…, Eula Mae's Beauty, Bait & Tackle (off-Broadway), award-winning Patient Number, The Wisconsinners, Good Jew and 2012 hit Stabilized Not Controlled (NYC’s Stage Left Studio). Favorite stage roles include Mortimer in Brecht's Edward II, Usher in Berkoff's Fall of the House of Usher (Backstage Magazine Best of 2004), Mr. Peachum in The Beggar's Opera,
a prisoner on the streets in Peculiar Works Project’s Obie-winning West Village/East Village Fragments…and of course, the NYC debut of The Deep Throat Sex Scandal! HERSCHEL SAVAGE(Gerry Damiano/Alan Dershowitz),
Herschel a Hall of Fame performer in the Adult Film Industry, is honored to be a part of this production. His television credits include roles in “Are You There Chelsea,” CBS; “Just Shoot Me,” NBC; “Family Business,” Showtime, and a recent appearance on comedian Dave Attell’s series, “Dave’s Old Porn.” His theatrical credits include the roles of (Larry Gottlieb) in JONI AND GINA’S WEDDING at Oil Can Harry’s; (Mel) PRISONER OF SECOND AVENUEat the Morgan-Wixson Theatre and (Lenny) RUMORSalso at the Morgan-Wixson Theatre. Herschel is currently in therapy to overcome his fear of clothing.

 
NATASHA CHARLES PARKER* (Linda Lovelace)
Natasha is excited to be onstage again in Los Angeles! She was last seen in LOVE STRUCK at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. You may have also seen her in films like “Tick Tock”, “Carver” or “The Ascension” (with Corbin Bernsen), on TV in “One Tree Hill”, “Celebrity Apprentice” or “One Life to Live”, or Off-Broadway in the World Premiere of WASPS IN BED at the Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row. Or maybe you’ve heard her in numerous commercial and cartoon voiceovers including Pokemon (Cartoon Network) and Winx Club (Fox 4 Kids TV). Other NYC theatre credits include
Irina in THREE SISTERS, Christine in BUBBY’S SHADOW (Best Ensemble Cast MITF) and Susan in the World Premiere of QUISISANA. Regionally she’s been seen in GOODNIGHT DESDEMONA (Juliet), KING LEAR (Regan) and TAMING OF THE SHREW (Bianca.) ALEC TOMKIW(Chuck Traynor)
Alec is a Los Angeles based, Canadian actor from Vancouver. After receiving a B.A. in Economics from Simon Fraser University, he moved to New York City to study theater. He has worked in regional theaters in New York and Los Angeles, as well as a national tour of TARTUFFE. Recent L.A. theater credits: IVANOV (Evidence Room/Odyssey Theatre Ensemble), BLACKBIRD (Rogue Machine Theatre), HAMLET, THE THREE MUSKETEERS(Theatricum Botanicum). Alec would like to thank Ivana for her endless love, encouragement, and constant source of inspiration

 

 MICHAEL RACHLIS(Tim/Bruce Kramer)
Michael is thrilled to count himself among the talented cast and crew of THE DEEP THROAT SEX SCANDAL. BART TANGREDI* (Vito/Charles Keating/Cameraman)
Bart is very happy to be returning to the Los Angeles stage after a two-year absence and is excited to be a part of this cast and production. Previous LA theatre credits include SMUDGE (Syzygy Theatre Group), THE WOODEN BREEKSand THE KNACKERS ABC (both with Open Fist Theatre Company). In New York he was in the long-running off-Broadway hit, GRANDMA SYLVIA’S FUNERAL(he played the Italian guy). Film and TV credits include “Scandal”, “House”, “General Hospital”, “Analyze This” and “Analyze That”. He lives in the Valley with his wife, Alisa, and their annoying dog, Stella.

A.S. Freeman is thrilled to be a part of “The Deep Throat Sex Scandal” Originally from Holt, MI, A.S. has performed in theatres in Michigan, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Along the way, he’s played roles such as “Tartuffe” “Shylock” and “Romeo” (twice). This summer, he can be seen returning to the Outdoor Drama TECUMSEH! in Chillicothe, OH for his sixth production season, and his second playing the role of evil frontiersman “Tompkins”. JILL JACOBSON* (Shana/Mona Alternate)
Jill moved to L.A. upon graduating from The University Of Texas in Austin with a B.S. in Radio/Television and Film Performance degree and immediately got cast in the title role of “Nurse Sherri”, which has become, strangely enough, a horror classic. Years later, Jill had the great good fortune of inhabiting the roles of ERIN JONES aka MISS JONES in CBS “Falcon Crest” for 2 years and LARUE in the syndicated “The New Gidget” for the first season. Then followed Guest roles in “Star Trek: The Next Generation”, “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine”, “Quantum Leap”, “Freddy’s Nightmares”, “Who’s The Boss”, “Murphy Brown”, “War Of The Worlds”, “SledgeHammer”, “Crazy Like A Fox”, “Arliss”, numerous television movies ( mostly with the word “Love” in them), recurring in “Newhart”, and, more recently in “Ghost Whisperer”, “Party Down” and “Hung”. Along the way, Jill has been having a wonderful time playing juicy roles in Indie projects such as “The Circle” as MOM, “Watch Out For Slick” as Juliettte, “The Back Up Bride” as AUNT PEGGY SUE and “Last Look” as BARBARA, the mother from hell (due out, hopefully, in 2013). Jill’s theatre awards include: Clifford Odets’ “Rocket To The Moon” playing CLEO SINGER, and Tennessee Williams’ “Summer And Smoke” playing MISS ALMA at The Odyssey Theatre. One of Jill’s favorites was playing LINDA LOMAN in Arthur Miller’s “Death Of A Salesman” also at The Odyssey Theatre. ERIC CURTIS JOHNSON*(Larry Parrish Alternate)
Larry was most recently seen as Jack Driscoll in KONG: A GODDAMN THIRTY-FOOT GORILLA at SkyPilot Theater in North Hollywood. He is a founding member of SkyPilot, where he also appeared in productions of 4 MURDERS, THE END OF CIVILIZATION, and JERRY & TOM, and directed productions of HELLCAB and REQUIEM FOR A HEAVYWEIGHT. Eric is also a company member at Sacred Fools theater in Hollywood--where he appeared in THE MAGIC BULLET THEORY and the award-winning WATSON: THE LAST GREAT TALE OF THE LEGENDARY SHERLOCK HOLMES, as well as many installments of late-night comedy hits MAGNUM OPUS THEATER and SERIAL KILLERS. In his hometown of Chicago, Eric has performed on many stages, including Steppenwolf, European Repertory, Lifeline, and Trap Door Theater, where he received two Joseph Jefferson award nominations and one win for Actor in a Supporting Role.  STEVE HASLEY (Gerry Damiano/Alan Dershowitz Alternate)
Steve is an actor and comic. Recent Los Angeles Theater: CORPUS CHRISTI, PASSION OF THE CRAWFORD with Lypsinka and DEAD BRIDE RUNNING. TV/Film: “Love Bites,” “Southland,” “Boston Legal,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “Six Feet Under,” “Will & Grace,” “Standoff,” “Meddling Mom’s,” “Broadway Damage.” As a comic he has headlined all over the United States and for the RSVP Cruise Line. CARLYE TAMAREN*(Linda Lovelace/ Gilda Alternate)
Carlye recently graduated from the University of Michigan for Musical Theatre and is thrilled to be doing her first show in LA! Some of her favorite regional credits include A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC (Fredrika/Choreographer) at Pine Mountain Music Festival and HIGH SCHOOL MUSICALat the Muny of St. Louis. Michigan credits include BARE: A POP OPERA (Ivy), CHICAGO(Hunyak/Dance Captain), EVITA, and 42ND STREET. Special thanks to Michael Donovan and CESD. Go Blue!

 

BRETT AUNE*(Chuck Traynor Alternate)
Brett BFA from SMU. Six seasons as the Artistic Director of HorseChart Theatre Company in Denver, Colorado, producing over twenty shows including a month-long new works festival. Past acting credits include the regional premieres of INVENTING VAN GOGH, PROOF and HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE with Curious Theatre, as well as CABARET at the Arvada Center, and numerous shows around Los Angeles. Brett recently co-directed 3 VIEWS OF THE SAME OBJECT at Rogue Machine and co-produced the multi-disciplinary, multi-media show SYNESTHESIA for Athena Theatre and the Bootleg. Love to Sami.

 

KEVIN HELD(Tim Alternate)
Kevin attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he performed in countless plays. The nudity stuff didn’t start until he relocated to Los Angeles. He believes it has something to do with the weather. Feature credits include “Longhorns” and “Hot Guys with Guns,” and no, neither of these films is an actual porn.  Kevin is very pleased and excited to work with such a talented cast and production team.  His name is a complete sentence.

Mark has worked over the last forty years on stage in community, summer stock, repertory, regional, tours through out the United States and in such cities as: Modesto, Los Angeles, San Bernadino, Santa Fe, New York City, Atlanta, Charleston, Nashville and Memphis.
